Job Description
The primary role of Technical Recruiter is to drive lifecylce sourcing and staffing initiatives to meet company long term strategic goals. The Sr. Recruiter will also work with the leadership team to develop processes, assist in hiring, training and mentoring recruiters.

What You Will Be Doing:
Driving full lifecycle recruiting activities from requisition approval through position closure and disposition of applicants.
Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruiting strategy, execution, and goals.
Creating and executing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to develop talent pipelines for wide range of technical and non-technical exempt, non-exempt, and management positions.
Establishing relationships and developing networks with industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees.
Qualifying applicants through phone, videoconference, and onsite interviews, schedule/coordinate interviews, check references, order and evaluate background checks, make hiring recommendations, and propose, present, and close offers.
Maintaining and updating candidate information in applicant tracking system on daily basis.
Managing use of 3rd party staffing vendors.
Performing and/or coordinating administrative duties related to the recruitment process including posting jobs, tracking and reporting of recruiting metrics and trends

What You Bring To The Table:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years experience recruiting for Information Technology positions.
Experience running "full desk" a plus.
Skilled in the use of proactive sourcing strategies and direct sourcing methods utilizing tools such as job boards, social networking tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and recruiting research tools.
Knowledge of laws affecting recruitment, interviewing, and hiring employees, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and other California laws
Proven ability to determine and execute proactive sourcing strategies and direct sourcing methods.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills and ability to influence others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, self starter with an entreprenuerial mindest and the ability to not take yourself too seriously.
